Short version: Excellent contractor(s) and team. Went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a general contractor or a home building team. We did a custom home build with Jematell Homes and are very glad we did!! Joe worked with us through the entire process to make sure we got the exact home we wanted. Him, Tyler and their team did an incredible job building our first home, gave honest recommendations, and were very transparent. They are are highly committed to delivering a quality product. We loved our experience with Jematell Homes. We bought our own lot and used one of their plans. Pricing was fair and we knew our all in cost from the get-go. No games. No gimmicks. No random change orders or price increases like we had on a previous new-build. Communication was excellent and our house looks amazing. If you want a company that has its stuff together, Jematell Homes is it.
