This is our 1st "New" construction home and it's beautiful just like the photos we saw online. I am extremely pleased with my experience as a Jematell homeowner. The home perfectly matched my needs, and I was particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms compared to other builders. The Jematell team was also very flexible in accommodating my preferred closing date.

Short version: Excellent contractor(s) and team. Went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a general contractor or a home building team. Especially a more affordable one since over the past few years it seems every contractor has nearly tripled their rates.
