This is our 1st "New" construction home and it's beautiful just like the photos we saw online. I am extremely pleased with my experience as a Jematell homeowner. The home perfectly matched my needs, and I was particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms compared to other builders. The Jematell team was also very flexible in accommodating my preferred closing date.

We bought a completed home from Jematell Homes, and we are very happy with our decision. Every finish felt thoughtfully selected, and the layout was both functional and beautiful. The layout perfectly suits our needs, and the high-quality finishes throughout the home really stand out. Short version: Excellent contractor(s) and team. Went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a general contractor or a home building team. Especially a more affordable one since over the past few years it seems every contractor has nearly tripled their rates. We did a custom home build with Jematell Homes and are very glad we did!! Joe worked with us through the entire process to make sure we got the exact home we wanted. Him, Tyler and their team did an incredible job building our first home, gave honest recommendations, and were very transparent. They are are highly committed to delivering a quality product.
