I can't say enough about what a great job Jan and William did on my ring. it was given to me by my mom and she has since passed so it means the world to me. they not only replaced a couple diamonds and redid the prongs they also strengthen the middle band. it looks even better than before and their price was very reasonable.(Jan also cleaned my other rings for free) I have found my forever jewelry store. thank you from the bottom of my heart

I walked into Jem Jewelers to inquire about updating my old wedding set from yellow gold to white gold. Never did I dream I would walk out with the ring of my dreams! Jan and Mary Ann were awesome to work with! They listened to what was important to me instead of what was important to them. They were so helpful im helping me. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend Jem Jewelers!
Jan did an amazing job helping me get the ring of my dreams, even down to the little W accent. We ordered out of state and she stayed in contact down to the second it was delivered. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of going with Jan and her team.
11/10 would recommend this place! Jewelry never leaves the store, master jeweler does everything, customer service is amazing, and if you're lucky you might get to meet puppy Gracie! Omg, I can't rave enough about this place. I got some rings resized, and they looked better when I got them back than when I got them the first time! Love love love this place.
Excellent service and friendly staff! Their jeweler was able to fix my very special ring for a very reasonable price! I had taken this diamond ring with baguettes to several other jewelers and NO ONE wanted to touch it! I am thrilled that I am finally able to wear my ring again!! THANK YOU-SUPERIOR SERVICE!
