Recently my heat pump stopped working forcing me to use the emergency heat. Jem came out, diagnosed and ordered the part which was covered under warranty. The tech showed on time and diligently worked outside for over 3 hours in 19 degree temps and snow to complete the job. Very respectful and professional gentleman. Ive used Jem in two different homes over the years..they never disappoint! Thank you!
I have been using these folks for four years for service and preventative maintenance and everything has been running great. They are polite and on-time. They even change my filters for me as part of the preventative maintenance. I would recommend this local company.
7/8/2024 - On Saturday I came home to no AC. On Sunday I called and actually spoke with a wonderful individual who was able to schedule me for a service appointment the next business day - Monday. Today (Monday), they not only diagnosed the problem but got the parts & returned to complete the repair to my AC system. Each person I spoke with was professional & pleasant. I called this morning about my heat pump being down and the rep who answered the phone was very helpful. The technician, Matt, was here by 1145am. Matt was very professional & knowledge. He was also courteous and easy to work with. Problem solved and heat restored!! I highly recommend JEM HVAC.
This is the second time I have had to use this company in the last few years. I highly recommend them. They are on time, friendly, take the time to explain things in detail. It is hard to find dependable and reliable service now a days but JEM is a Diamond in the business!
