This company went above and beyond to make sure my family had a comfortable happy holidays. A couple days before Christmas we found our home had no heat. We were able to call and get a technician to come out same day immediately he found the issue with our heating system and they personally drove to the warehouse to pick up the part that we needed so that we can have heat in our home as soon as possible and not have to wait for shipping. I can’t think these guys enough.
If you are looking for a great heating and air conditioning company, look no further. We have been long-term customers of Jem heating and air conditioning. We have always had great service. However, on December 5, 2025, we received service above and beyond that reaffirmed our decision in choosing a heating and air-conditioning company. Top notch customer service. We were without heat and Cory came to our office and diagnosed our problem quickly. He told us we would need to replace the part eventually, and we did! Luckily he came right back out and replaced it for us. Office is nice and warm now. Prices are very reasonable for the service they provide, would highly recommend.
Highly recommend, Cory gave me a free estimate to repair or replace due to age were other companies only wanted to replace. Went with repair first due to issue with unit. Scott the A/C technician was very knowledgeable and explained the repair and did a good job. They also stayed within the Estimate I was given which was a fair price.
