Came in for a pre employment medical check up and performed the 2 minute rhythm steps. Everything was all good until the very end of the exercise I was gasping for air. Apparently the heart rate monitor strap was too tight on my chest making it difficult to breathe and I told the nurse that. She told me its meant to be tight so it could detact my heart rate and proceeded to tell me to sit down, relax and calm down. That strap gave me anxiety and vertigo.
