I booked an appointment via their website. I used by secondary Gmail account. It is an odd named account, so I added the"+Gripauto" to the email address. This allows me to better track who is sending me emails. In my opinion let's other people know it is a real account when you add an identifier. Spoke to the young women, she said they were not sure if my appointment was really because of my email address. And apparently, she tried to call, I had no missed calls on my phone.
