I transferred from Chicago Drive Vet clinic and it was the best decision I have made. Dr. Jelsma and his staff truly show there love for my dog as if he was there own. They are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They give you all the options and are so quick to update you on any information. They also do not push products, they suggest and just leave it at your answer without guilt tripping. I have already recommended them to some friends and family.
Earlier this summer I was very disappointed in our visit. The front staff was beyond professional on numerous occasions. Talking badly about customers loudly in front of other customers is uncalled for and unprofessional. It wasn't just one incident, it was many times, regarding multiple customers, all in our one visit. When we left, even my daughter said, Mom, I don't want to take our puppy there anymore. I completely agreed.
Great staff and the doctors are all fantastic! My dog LOVES going to the vet.
I've brought all of my cat's to Dr. Jessica's office for many years. They explain everything to you and are very friendly!
Dr. Jelsema is the very best! He and ALL of the staff have been amazing to work with and were especially kind last fall when we had tough decisions to make! Our Spike and Tanner were always excited to get in the car to "go see Dr. Jelsema!" even if they were a bit shy once we arrived! We miss you and wish you had an office here in Los Angeles!! � Thank you for all you do!!! ���

The vet Doc Terry is awesome! The staff are wonderful. It just couldn't be any better.
We have been taking our pets here as long as I can remember the staff and doctors are the best you can find. They are knowledgeable and compassionate with everything they do. I would never go to a different vet.
