Wanted to put these windows and doors in new construction homes but after talking to jeldwen direct they told me the only way is to go through a meeting with homedepot... you dont have any local installers...? Everyone else they referred only does remodels not new construction so it appears I have to go to ESW now or PGT which is unfortunate really tried to use your product.

Had Lowe’s install a French patio door last week from jeld-wen. Nice door but after installers left we noticed the lock didn’t work. Called Lowe’s the next morning and they called jeld-wen. The company said they would send out a new lock set in 10-14 days. Lowe’s and I 3-way called customer service rep Stone Schossow and I asked if I could change the lock set so we can lock our house he said no the set is exclusive to that door and we don’t overnight ship. He said he’d put a rush on it and that would take up to 3 days to app... read more

Hello JW Customer Support, You can’t begin to know how disappointed I am that I waited here all day for a shipment that never came. I was contacted by Home Depot who said they didn’t have a tracking number. And that they were going to have the windows delivered to me as soon as they arrived. Everyone knew that I spoke to in reference to the date and I appreciate the fact that a rush order was placed. Or was it? Change delivery dates without notice multiple times after guaranteeing the current date will be reliable. Ordered a door in July and still delayed in October
