Had Lowe’s install a French patio door last week from jeld-wen. Nice door but after installers left we noticed the lock didn’t work. Called Lowe’s the next morning and they called jeld-wen. The company said they would send out a new lock set in 10-14 days. Lowe’s and I 3-way called customer service rep Stone Schossow and I asked if I could change the lock set so we can lock our house he said no the set is exclusive to that door and we don’t overnight ship. Hello JW Customer Support, You can’t begin to know how disappointed I am that I waited here all day for a shipment that never came. I was contacted by Home Depot who said they didn’t have a tracking number. And that they were going to have the windows delivered to me as soon as they arrived. Everyone knew that I spoke to in reference to the date and I appreciate the fact that a rush order was placed. Or was it? Change delivery dates without notice multiple times after guaranteeing the current date will be reliable. Ordered a door in July and still delayed in October
