New York's only haunted bar/restaurant provides guests with a taste of the macabre albeit in a somewhat hokey way. The bar is known for its entertainment which includes kooky characters and staff in 24-hr. Halloween mode. So you eat and drink while the crew scares, dazzles and jokes with the audience, including you. The kitchen serves primarily American classics like burgers, fries, sandwiches and other pub favorites. Of course a full bar is available as well.

The actors were really great.

Wait was supposed to be 45 minutes but turned out to be over an hour and 30 minute wait. Horrible waiter service, twice brought out food we didn’t order. First brought out wrong appetizers then brought out the wrong entrees. There was no silverware or plates on the tables. The didn’t even have enough plates for us. The food was way overpriced for what you get. The fries were soggy and the burger was ok. The bathroom was so dirty and the toilet seat was half hanging off.
We come to Jekyll and Hyde every year.

Ripped off if you buy the Groupon deal. They obviously resent the discount. Was charged 90 dollars for 4 drinks after the deal.Questioned the bill but was fobbed off and we had to be elsewhere. Was a shame cuz otherwise would have been OK. Don't bother with the Groupon deal!!!!!!!
I’ve been wanting to go to Jekyll and Hyde for years. Tonight I finally got my wish and I had dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday. We had a groupon to save some money and I had high hopes. The website advertises that something happens every ten minutes warning guests to be prepared. Well... nothing ever happened. Aside from a couple of portraits moving their eyeballs, nothing else ever moved even a centimeter. Thankfully the food was good and our waitress was wonderful. Otherwise a complete waste of time.
This place absolutely sucks. When they were in Times Square it was a top notch touristy spot with great service and entertainment. This place here is a complete suckfest of 30 year old outdated half working animatronics. Way over priced and over cooked shit food. There is NO ROOM to wait and barely any room to sit and eat. There are 5 tables too many and you are practically sitting at your neighbor's table.
