Dr. Jehan is the WORST. When Dr. Cohen left, he left in my records instructions that I was a traveler, who was often out of town for long stretches, and that my controlled prescriptions needed to be called into wherever I was on a job. One of my prescriptions is for a benzodiazepine; she refused to fill it until I took time off from my job (and spend money on plane tickets) to come back to Perinton to see her! I wanted the doctor to call quick regarding a medication she had prescribed. I did not want to discuss some previous health history of my spouse with the nurse, but told her to have the doctor call us. When I got back from the doctor , She sounded rude and in rush and hung up the phone after instructions and told me that I was reluctant to the nurse. I had an appointment with Dr.Jehan today(10/4). When I reached the doctor's office, I was told that their computer system were down and nurses were supposed to call patients to cancel the appointment. I never got a call. I took time-off from work and drove all the way to Plano. Complete waste of time. Nurses should be courteous enough to at the least call in advance and reschedule a patient.
