Bruce the manager of the place is awesome. It seems he has good intentions for everyone out buying cars and he loves to help out. Everyone else that works on the lot I have had so much trouble with. The salesman lies to me about my car having any rust. And I've had multiple issues with my car since buying it. It just seem like it's a normal used car dealership here. Bruce Bruce and company Helped My Girlfriend Tabby get the car she wanted. It was fast and straight forward. Bruce Bruce is laid back and easy to work with. The windshield needed to be replaced and the car was missing some radio knobs both issues were taken care of quickly. We ran into a problem with financing and they helped us with a new company. Bruce Bruce is great if you're looking for a car give him a call.
Jesus helped me navigate the purchase of my M3. He is extremely experienced and was able to answer my detailed questions regarding service history and BMW's in general. He went out of his way to sweeten the deal with an immaculate buffing and detail for pickup among a few other goodies ;) Jesus is a pleasure to work with, and treats you like family. Hands Down.
First off let me say that I loathe shopping for cars. It always feels as if you are looked at like a dollar sign. I can honestly say this was not the case at Jegs. I was helped by Bruce and he really is a great person to work with. We spoke openly and honestly and there were no games being played. It was refreshing.
