I have had multiple experiences with Jeff. My mother called him to trim her tree. He quoted her a price, promised to come TWO times after the price was quoted but never showed. When she finally called him, he said he wasn't coming because the price he had quoted wasn't worth it. She also had referred him to our neighbor who needed trees down immediately because one had fallen on our garage.
