The gentleman refused to work on my Troy-Bilt trimmer. This is one of the most popular trimmers sold. You can't call yourself a professional service shop if you refuse to work on popular brands. Very bad service and attitude. Would give zero stars if possible.
Jeff is very knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he knows how to make a customer feel appreciated.
