Had a very close friend buy a 2015 Subaru wrx from them. About 2 months ago. It was certified pre owned with just under 30k miles. The engine blew up after 1 month of owning it. He has the warranty and everything, and is one of the most meticulous people I know when it comes to taking gold care of his cars etc... long story short it’s nearly a $10k fix and they are telling him they will not fix and to talk to their lawyer. I will never take my car back here. I have an Audi A4 that I’ve had for 7 months. My headlight went out so I took it to Jeff’s because they work with Luxury vehicles. I asked them to replace both sides to ensure I wouldn’t have a difference in headlights. Less than 24 hours after I got my car back, both headlights (including the side I never had an issue with) kept going on and off (sometimes both would go out while I’m driving). I take it back, for them to tell me there is a piece in both headlight assembly’s that is loose.... read more
Had a great experience. Came from about an hour and a half away. Erik was great. Put together a deal and we were driving away in our new car in just a couple of hours. Next car we will be looking at Jeff’s first. Very transparent and straight forward. Would recommend.
