Jeff is an exceptional locksmith and his customer service is truly five stars, id give him more if i could. He was punctual, professional, and very straightforward with pricing.. no games, no surprises. Jeff has come out multiple times to fix very different types of locks on different properties including a garage door lock. Even just sending him photos of the locks and explaining the situation he can determine the parts needed. He is punctual, professional and can give suggestions to improve the lock in question. He is my go to locksmith for any lock situation and it’s without any hesitation I highly recommend him.
Jeff is a master locksmith. From the old school and as far as I know one a few that are left out there. Not only is he incredibly capable, but he’s also courteous and a very kind and gentle person. One would do well to retain him if the need arises
