I just went through the carwash and as it started the hose hit my side mirror and it stopped and now I've lost $13 I would like to have my money back please
I went today and had the deluxe carwash when I got home and looked at my car I was so disappointed!!! there were so many spots on my car that were not even touched!! I will never go back!!
VERY disappointed. Only one bay taking money. Wand and brush worked fine for the first $3, then could not get it to switch to rinse. I let the timer run out and tried again. NOTHING worked except taking another $2. I drove away with car covered in soap! I don't plan on going back and will not recommend them. They used to be good.
How do I get my money back that your machines took from me??? I spent a total of $ 23 your car wash Tuesday night. Two machines took my money. Another, half the stuff didn't work and I ran out of time waiting for them. After $14 in cash/quarters....soap all over my car....no more cash on me.... I had to use my bank card at the automatic car wash to get the soap off. Yet another $9. want my money back, please.
Very poorly ran business. Always dirty, lanes down, vending broke, vacuum s not working. If there was a good one in Madison this one would be gone.
Don't put money into the automated car wash you wont get change back. I put in $20.00 and got back nothing when I told the attendant, he replied that he had no money to give me and I should call the number on the receipt, when called no one answers left many messages, no calls back. Hmmm maybe BBB needs to hear about this place.
We need a better car wash business in Madison. Every time I go to Jeff's their automated lane is always down.
