went to Jeffs carwash in Charlestown Indiana on Friday afternoon. paid and drove into wash. wash didnt come on. green light did and then said back up. i did and waited. light went green and eventually never worked. I always get the $9 wash weekly for 3 vehicles. i called their phone number Friday several times and left messages about it and my phone number. called Saturday as well. no one cared to ever call me back. i own several businesses and this is HORRIBLE service. to keep $9 lol and lose $27 a week not real good busine... read more
trash.......save your money vacs dont work self wash bays dont work only thing they got that works is the autowash please for the love of God dont ask for a refund.........they will verbally assault you
My husband and I pulled up to the vacuums in the back..put a few things in the trash and was about to vaccuum our car when an employee, an older man, walked by and said "this is not the city dump, if you're not going to use the vacuum you need to leave" I exchanged a few words with this man and told him he lost my business and I did not appreciate being spoke to that way. HORRIBLE place!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! Two of our vehicles have damage on them and the employees keep telling us to come back at different times to deal with the manager. When we show up no one is ever there or the manager isnt there... even though we came back when they told us to. when we call no one ever answers or calls us back after leaving multiple messages. This place is a joke and will be reported to BBB.
Terrible place. Nothing works. Employees are rude. Looks nice from the road, but it’s a turd in a nice package. Read other reviews and you will see... DO NOT SPEND (lose) YOUR MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS!!!👎😠
Because I sent my daughter over to get change to wash 5 vehicles and she was treated like crap by your attendant and accused of getting change for the laudromat. You guys can forget my business. I’ll go downtown
Outdated, most of the time it does not work as expected. Would not waste my money here.
