I called months ago to cancel my monthly membership. No answer, so left a voicemail with my contact info and requesting to cancel. Never got a call back, but the bar code on my car stopped working so it was processed. Noticed a few months later I was still being charged monthly for the membership. Called again and they canceled it but didn't offer to refund the last few months.
Works great.
The prices seem reasonable to me. And I was very happy with the results.
