I agree that the doctors and nurses are great. I also agree that the front office is not. I called over a week ago for the Dr. notes to send to my insurance so I could get paid by my insurance. I called 2 days later and still no one has contacted me. I don't even know who I am suppose to talk to because the front office won't tell me. I called a third time and the front office staff told me that someone tried to call me several times. While the doctors are great, the front office is not. The doctor sent me to the in-house lab, which my insurance didn’t cover. As I was fighting the insurance company to get them to pay it, the office dropped me as a patient. Probably for the best, since I would rather have a doctor work WITH my insurance than actively against it. But disappointing for sure. I still recommend Dr Adele, just watch out for insurance problems.
The rockwall front office and appt desk is a business, I understand a certain level of that aspect. However, if I am late 10 minutes, they cancel my appt, if they make me wait 30 mins to an hour, I am suppose to understand its they way it is. The reality is you are a name with a billing account number. Its never a care in the world for you. They smile and collect the money. Never about the patient. This was a time, I was really needing them, will have to look elsewhere.
Horrible billing department ! They are sending me bills for the services covered by insurance! Talked to the billing department,they corrected the problem but they are still sending me the bills, very frustrating
The physicians here are amazing and care so much about their patients. As a physician myself, I have had the privilege to meet many of them and would feel confident to have my healthcare in their hands
