Trust me, these negative comments are by no means "bogus" (Im sure Mr. West wrote that himself) I have been a client of Mr. Wests for some years with no problems (which is why we paid him in full - BIG mistake) and have never experienced the nightmare he has caused with this latest and most certainly last order. this guy jeffery west is a thief. came to our home. took our blinds and said 7 to 10 days and he would return them. it s been six weeks- nothing. no return calls- nothing. he took our money and disappeared. Scam artist!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely DO NOT use Jeffrey West Designs. He promised installation in two weeks. It is now over 2-1/2 months, and still nothing. He does not return calls, he fails to show up to appointments, etc. BBB has him listed as a B - he should be an F. If I could rate him as zero stars, I would do so.Follow-Up: Soon after the very late and very discourteous installation, one blind fell down and the pull chain on another broke. We had a similar experience as those posted below. He took our money and never delivered on the goods. It has been several months and we are at wits end. This guy is very sleazy; you can not trust anything he says. Steer clear of Jeffrey West Designs.

We used Jeffrey West Designs for our blinds, plantation shutters and custom window treatments for our house in Maryland. We also sent him to the US Virgin Islands after our vacation home was wrecked by a hurricane. He was a great help in the redecorating of this home and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Jeffrey.
Im very surprised at the reviews I just read. I have used Jeffrey West Designs for two homes I nhave owned. This included shades, blinds and plantation shutters. In each case the windows were custom sized and each window had to be precisely measured and crafted. I would definetly recommend him.
Hire Jeffrey West for your blinds with extreme caution. We paid \$2500 to have him install blinds. However, when one of them (one that cost over \$500) stopped working after very little use, he avoided us at all chances. Its been over a month and he keeps delaying on us, constantly committing to fix it and then delaying again. We are located within miles of his office and have offered to hand deliver it to wherever hed like, but weve been refused.
