A band-aid doesn't heal a cut and a cast doesn't heal a broken bone. The body does. When the bones in your spine are misaligned causing nerve irritation, there is malfunction and sometimes pain. I provide adjustments either with an instrument or manually to correct the misalignment. Then the body can begin to heal.
