Dr. Ho is very professional, understanding and compassionate. She explains everything in detail. Her staff is also very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent doctor very friendly and knowledgeable
He was rude arrogant and heartless. Told us we had lousy insurance. We have good insurance but the Eye Institute looks down on Medicare. Waited 1 1/2 to see him and he spent 5 minutes degrading us and left. His nurse tried to make an excuse for his behavior. No excuse is acceptable.
Dr. Smith was very nice and knowledgeable. She started my appointment on time. This was my first time seeing her, but I have already booked my annual appointment for next year!
Beautiful new office.. a/c was a bit too chilly. Everything else was terrific. Saw Dr. Smith. Everything about my appointment was to my full satisfaction. Been going to Eye Institute for many years. Very happy with their service. Already recommended to many.
Dr. Smith is kind, informative, patient and just a beautiful person. I will only see her for my eye exams!! She's the Best!!!
I absolutely love going to this eye doctor and surgeon. Extremely friendly professional staff; so knowledgeable. Dr. Robert Weinstock is very talented but doesn't recommend surgery unless necessary. He gives me wonderful feedback after my examination and confidence. I highly recommend him.
Very efficient. Answered all my questions and explained what he was doing.
On time for appointment, above and beyond for sanitizing and maintaining during Covid. Out to keep everyone involved safe!! Highly recommend
