If you want to visit a rude, arrogant and unsympathetic doctor than Dr. Schwartz is the doctor for you. I am a registered nurse presently working in a busy Recovery Room. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated by anyone. I don't care whether you have MD after your name.
I've been seeing Dr.Schwartz for almost 15 years for a chronic condition. Although I realize he is very busy, he has always taken the time to explain the issues at hand. He is conservative in his treatment approach. He is always positive and reassuring. I have the utmost confidence in his skills and have recommended him several times, including my wife.
This doctor is rude, arrogant and doesn't communicate. He kept pushing laser surgery on me without any tests on the first visit. I had to learn about it from someone else who worked there. I spoke to the manager about this and it seemed like this wasn't her first complaint. This doctor is terrible. The eye institute is not. I'm now with a different doctor, same institute. He also hurt me during a test. He suggested the woman hold my head in place, instead of putting in more drops.
