My questions were ignored and ended leaving me wondering if I were responsible for finding a specialist myself as the "good" doctor fails to communicate. I asked three times for the referral before getting a name, not a list of choices. His staff is unfriendly and also needs communication courses. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping, didn't answer all my questions, and put words in my mouth. I won't ever visit them again. I was very disappointed. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

This dental office was a great surprise. A little gem I found tucked away in the Albertson's shopping center. Great office, fair prices and great doc who took time to get to know me and my concerns. Staff was friendly and gave me lots of great information. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
