Absolutely incredible. I wish we could see dr. Cross for all my daughters medical issues. Outstanding bed side manner and really takes the time to listen and understand the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Cross!! Compassionate and understanding to say the least.
Dr. Cross must be a master of his craft. He removed a nodule from my lung and other than some numbness I had absolutely no post surgical pain. Three weeks later he removed my thyroid and accompanying mass and again I have zero post op pain. Amazing skills. He is thorough in his explanation of the procedure and possible side effects and has a very comforting presence and confidence. Highest recommendation.
Dr Cross is highly skilled surgeon that actually cares about his patients. He is careful and thoughtful about every aspect of your surgery and takes the time to explain to you. In addition to being one of the best surgeon's in the Metro area, he has a friendly bedside manner. Also, his support staff his friendly and helpful!
Several years ago I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. After radiation and chemotherapy, Dr. Cross removed 2/3 of my esophagus and attached the remainder to my stomach. I did not heal properly and needed more surgery and hospitalization. Dr. Cross was untiring and relentless in his efforts to resolve my problems. I have no doubt he saved my life.
