Our experience has always been great. The staff is warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. Dr Sider has always been calm, caring and diligent when treating my childrens (3) sports injuries. The X-ray technician and therapy staff are all so caring.
This man is ignorant and takes advantage of not only his employees but his younger clients. Secretarial staff was VERY condescending to my special needs daughter and we only wish we could go back for Sean and Tyler to work on her, but we're billed ironically for times we were not seen.

In regards to the statement for the doctor, he cares and goes well and above for his patients, the well being of the patient is his top concern. For the billing I am not sure what happened but I wanted to make you aware that I am the Accounts Analyst at Dr. Sider's office and have made it my point to stay on top of the billing and insurance issues to get resolved before we even contact the patient to get involved. This office is absolutely disgusting!!! The young girl at the front desk had no knowledge of anything and sat there text messaging on her phone. They submitted charges to my insurance for services that were never performed!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

Dr. Sider is a small office environment and sometimes we are short staffed and at times we do have to take our breaks and lunch while still attending our patients. All we ask is that you have a bit of understanding, we want whats best for our patients and do what we can so that you have a wonderful experience with us. Also we are not in the practice of having the doctor lose his license for charges that we billed for that did not exist. Thank You Dakota
My 16 year old daughter sprained her ankle on a Friday evening and I was able to get a next morning appointment without a problem. The staff including the office manager, receptionist, and PT's are extremely nice and accommodating. I don't know why past reviews comment on rude staff. Either Dr Sider replaced those people or they really upped their game. Either way, we continue to have a very positive experience at Dr Sider's office as she recovers

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in for a back injury. I had my mri disc. He does not have the equipment to look at an mri disc (it's 2016 by the way) he took an xray with his machine from 1980 and he had a film board to view the xray on. He said there was nothing wrong with my back but 6 doctors had recommended surgery. His office is filthy. Dirty seats and rugs and fish tanks. I washed my hands 3 times after leaving that place. He wrote me a prescription and forgot to give it to me

Not really understanding this comment, in regards to the equipment, it is durable gives excellent reads and shows the Dr what he needs to see in regards to the situation easily and quickly. In regards to the office itself, the staff does what it can to keep the facility kept, and clean. We do hire an outside party to do extra cleaning and do upkeep the office. I am not sure why we were given a bad review in regards to the cleanliness of the office. regards, Dakota
The exam and diagnosis was satisfactory however, their billing practices are shady. I was fined a late fee for a charge that was never on any of the bills that I received and paid in full. The error was on their part and was confirmed by my insurance company. After speaking to the insurance company I paid the additional amount due less than a month after I received an actual bill for the missed charges . I was being sent 90 day past due notices and late fees for their billing errors.

Thank you for taking some time to address your concerns in regards to our billing office. As I am in charge of the billing dept I felt it necessary to explain that you were advised that we do have a no show fee that is applied to a same day less than 24hr cancellation. The form is given to every patient and every patient is also aware, we do have visible postings in regards to this cancellation fee. The billing department is not "shady" they are sticking to the office policy.
