Dr. Novak is very approachable, responsive and exceptionally competent. Office staff is also professional, responsive, competent and accommodating.
Dr. Novak did my endoscopy & colonoscopy with such efficiency & the staff was very kind. I am handicapped & needed much help moving around everyone was so pleasant & comforting. Dr Novak called me 3 days later with biopsy results & was very knowledgeable & pleasant on call.
