I suffered from GERD for over 20 years and when the medications no longer worked, I was referred to Dr. Mandel. He repaired my hiatal hernia and placed the LINX system, for which I am eternally grateful. It's been almost 4 months since the surgery and I no longer have any symptoms!
Love ?? love Dr. Mandel and his staff!!!! I was scared changing surgeons but have been so happy and feel so so comfortable like I've always been with this practice. Again, thank you Dr. Mandel and your terrific staff!!!!
My son had to have emergency surgery and dr Mandel was awesome. I would refer everyone to him. His staff are so friendly. We had a great experience
Dr Mandel is very professional. He explains everything to you. He showed me exactly what he was going to do and what to expect after the surgery. He has good bedside manners. I would recommend him to anyone.
The office staff was very cordial. Dr. Mandel was very thorough in helping me to understand my condition and surgery procedure. He also promise me that he would take good care of me. That was reassuring to know.
He will make you feel lower than dirt and does not care to listen to anything I have to say. I did not asked to go see him I was told by another specialist I NEEDED to go. He did not examine me but virtually told me I was crazy. He also looks at you in disgusts. I saw him in the hallway going into the exam room and I smiled at him and he looked right through me with a totally bizzare look. There is a name for people like him. I would not reccomend him to a flea!
Wouldnt know. He and his staff don't seem to believe that the patient's time is as precious as theirs. Having had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, I gave up and left. Because people have to take time off of work to make the appointment time that is given to them, a doctor and his staff should not be so arrogant asto believe that the enormous fees we pay them should be coupled with this kind of disrespect. As many awards as he has hanging on the wall I wouldn't trust him.
He is attentive to the patients concerns and addresses them satisfactorily.
Dr. Mandell seen the results of my test and knew that I needed surgery as soon as possible. We scheduled it and Dr. Mandell did the surgery and now I feel more at ease than before. The Hospital Staff was great in preparing me and working with me also Dr. Mandell came in and talked to me before the surgery and made sure that I was ready and if I had any questions. and after surgery the Staff made sure that things went well for me.
