Dr. Mandel is very knowledgeable, he and his staff provide great attention to detail.
All personnel were very professional...Dr Mandel was chosen as I had him as the surgeon on a previous hernia repair in 2019..would choose him again if needed..highly recommend him ..
Dr. Mandel told me what needed to be done. He did it. I am well on the way to recovery.
Ease worries and answer questions and concerns without a problem. He came up with a plan of action for me so I’m happy.
Was prepared when he entered the room. Listened to my concerns. Explained options. Offered solutions. Attentive and concerned.
The welcoming was pleasant, the nurse practitioner was greeted me with a warm welcome and took my vitals and made me felt comfortable. Dr. Assistant made sure my appointment for surgery was clearly understood and was very personal able. Dr. Mandel, took his time to explain my situation and made sure I understood what was going on with my health and the upcoming surgery. He also answered my questions and did not rush me out. This was a great visit.
From the first visit through surgery and finally discharge I have been impressed by Dr Mandel. He explained things in a thorough and easy to understand manner. My surgery could not have gone smoother. His staff are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely refer family and friends.
He explained everything, his office was smooth, the surgery went well, had not pain after the surgery. Would use him for any surgery and refer him to anyone that need surgery
