Dr Luy has been my trusted cardiologistfor many years. He is frank and detailed in discussions and explains all aspects of his observations. I value his counsel ngreatly.
Terrific Cardiologist. He is very personable and the care is exceptional.
Personable, knowledgeable and shows concern for his patients. He's also well known by his peers so it's a GOOD bet you can't go wrong as one of his patients!
It's always a good meeting with Dr. Luy. He always asks how I'm going. He goes over my EKG with me and relates any concerns he might have. He asks me if my medicine needs reissued.
Outstanding cardiologist. I met Dr Luy when my mother was his patient . He gave her outstanding care, patiently listening to and answering her questions throughout her final years.
