Egotistical and doesn't listen to what you have to say... recommends additional testing based on personal profit motivation. Ruined my scheduled surgery to line his pockets costing me time, money and suffering to reschedule needed breathing!!! Surgery. A hack and a hard pass
Dr. Garrett comes very highly recommended by his peers. I’ve known Dr. Howard Simmons (ret.) from West Penn Hospital for years, anything medical concerning myself or family I run past Doc Simmons first. When I informed him I was going in for catheterization he asked me the cardiologist’s name. When told Jeffery Garrett his response was “I’ve known him for years, there’s none better”. It’s been 10 days since he installed my stint, I feel better than I have in over 2 years. He’s number 1 to me
