Office staff is always well prepared for my visit, I never have to wait long in the lobby. They are polite, professional and efficient. Dr. Rochlen has been my primary for a long time, he listens, asks good questions, looks closely at past history, provides quick response to test results, and makes good referrals quickly. I highly recommend this practice.
I have been with Dr Rochlen for a long period now. I feel he is professional, respectful, ,and follows up when there is a problem that needs to be addressed. His staff is friendly as well.

Great Doctor. I met him years ago prior to opening his own practice and stuck with him. He's my primairy doctor as well as my daughters. When needed he always gets us in if we are not feeling well. He's very thorough. What I like most is his responsiveness. I can call or send an email and I always hear back from him in a very reasonable period of time. The new office is very nice.
Great doctor but awful office. The new office manager is terribly rude and does not care. I will be moving offices just because of his staff.
Dr. Rochlen is an excellent primary care physician and a wonderful person to talk to. His spirits are very high and he is a highly regarded physician in Metro Detroit due to his personal understanding, medical expertise and friendly talking.
My family went to Dr. Rochlen for several years. In the last year or so his quality of care went down significantly in several ways: he is rushed, he doesn't listen, and he is not thorough. His office staff quality has also decreased: they tend to be rushed and not overly friendly, I only trust one MA to touch my daughter, and most of the time now they don't even answer the phone after adding an answering machine. We've switched providers and are much happier with our medical care now.
