I recently had an MRI at Methodist Hospital. I could not have asked for a better experience with an uncomfortable situation. The staff was very professional and the facility was modern and clean. They made anxious experience bearable for me. Dr. Ratusznik was very thorough in his examination and took time to explain my condition. Highly recommend.
The Doctor was very good and thorough, but I left more than one message to his staff but they never call me back.
I did not have to wait to see Dr. Ratuznik, but he said I was late. He didn't have time to answer my questions, but I was able to message him on MyChart, and he answered promptly. He did send me for Xrays before the appointment, which I didn't expect and took a fair amount of time. Beware: the back brace isn't covered by insurance, nor was the bone density test he ordered. He seemed very competent and thorough. Staff was friendly and helpful.
