The Doctor was very good and thorough, but I left more than one message to his staff but they never call me back.
I did not have to wait to see Dr. Ratuznik, but he said I was late. He didn't have time to answer my questions, but I was able to message him on MyChart, and he answered promptly. He did send me for Xrays before the appointment, which I didn't expect and took a fair amount of time. Beware: the back brace isn't covered by insurance, nor was the bone density test he ordered. He seemed very competent and thorough. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Waste of time From the time he came into the room he was very abrupt saying he only had 15 minutes to spend with me. He did not allow me to ask any questions and talked about everything but my immediate voncern
It's always a pleasure to go to Houston Methodist even thou I have to drive around 2 hours each way. The people are kind, the doctors are caring and the staff and other professionals are always helpful. Like I said, it's always a pleasure to be here.
