My visit to the dermatology office today was excellent from start to finish. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy! Dr. Carrie Mallen took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations about my treatment options. I appreciated how thorough the exam was, and I felt confident in her expertise. Overall, I left feeling well cared for and informed about the next steps for my skin health. Definitely will recommend this office in Jersey City!

I recently visited Dr. Lauren office in the Jersey city location and was impressed by the staff's professionalism. I was very skeptical about going here just because of some of the reviews but when I got there the front desk ladies were very amiable. It was a quick and smooth appointment. I thought I was going to have to wait an hour before getting seen but after I finished signing the paperwork ( which I took like 20 minutes) the nurse probably called me in less than 5 minutes . Tried getting seen by the dermatologist who I already had an appointment with and wasn’t told up until my arrival that I would need a referral just to be seen. Don’t waste your time it’s a hassle just to get into the place save yourself the trip

I've been a loyal client of this dermatologist office for years, but my last two visits were disrupted by a toddler roaming freely in the office. The child was touching objects, attempting to enter patient rooms, and distracting staff. As a client, I'm concerned about the potential liability and distraction this poses. I hope the office will consider implementing a policy to ensure a safe, comfortable, and distraction-free environment for patients and staff.
