From the moment you arrive, you can tell that this is a professional, welcoming, and patient focused practice. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE! I’ve never felt so disrespected and treated so rudely. I was trying to call that I was late because their office is poorly labeled, inside some random building, no answer after 2 calls so I left a message. I was late 5 minutes past the grace period so I asked the front desk if I could wait to be seen later since I came from far and asked to talk to the doctor but they said no. I asked to speak with her after her lunch and if I could just wait but they just closed the door and went and got her. ... read more

The medical care is excellent. The provider is kind, knowledgeable, and has taken great care of my family over the years. My only complaint is the scheduling. As a working parent, having the last appointment of the day at 2:15 PM makes it extremely difficult to access care without taking time off work. It would be much more accommodating if there were at least a few later appointment options for working families. Great care, but the office hours could be much more patient-friendly.
