I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jeffrey, a dermatologist who treated me for a cyst on my back, he took fantastic care of me. Also, Juliana at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. she helped me with all the paperwork, appointments, and insurance steps.
Beautiful office, kind doctors and gentle staff. I love coming here.
The girls at the front desk have a serious attitude enough to fail any business. Because of their lack of knowledge and communication we haven't even been able to see the doctor. It was a waist of time. Update, we have been contacted by Karen, she has been so nice, she cleared the air, apologized for the inconvenience, pomises a better future service. It was nice that someone showed care.
Dr. R is the best! On top!
