I had my wisdom teeth removed less than a week ago. They let me schedule my consultation and extraction back to back. When I arrived at the office, the entire staff was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Prinsell was very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the procedure and aftercare, in detail. Afterwards, he showed me the room where he would be working on me. Then I was taken to the front to discuss payment. I was very pleased to be offered several payment options and was able to come to an arrangement tha... read more
Falsely related cost of treatment. I told the receptionist when I made the appointment AND the office staff when I arrived that I did not have sleep apnea (they asked). Only AFTER I had paid and been subjected to expensive xrays was I told that Dr. Prinsell ONLY treats sleep apnea and could do nothing for me. I would obviously not have even made an appointment if this had been disclosed when I called. Was also told I paid my full share up-front and then was billed an additional $145 on my credit card without notice. Very sha... read more
The Dr. that referred me to Dr. Prinsell was a jerk! Dr. Bell (S.Cobb Dr in front of the Publix @ EW Conn) I was in soo much pain and Dr. Bell acted as if he was too busy for me, although i was the only one in the office, other than the staff!! but when i got to Dr. Prinsell's office, the staff was welcoming and sensitive to my pain and needs. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the staff and Dr. Prinsell was very kind..although I don't remember much about my visit after the procedure :) the staff was very helpful,... read more
Was referred to Dr. Prinsell by Dr. Robin Reich. Dr. Prinsell pulled one of my back molars. Dr. Prinsell was fine but the girls who work up at the front desk were rude, very un-professional, caddy and had little dental knowledge. I probably would not go back there, nor would I recommend Dr. Prinsell to othere due to the poor, unprpfessional staff he has up front
I had severe chronic sleep apnea. Dr. Prinsell performed his surgery and after 15 years I am still apenea free and I have not snored since the operation. The procedure that Dr. Prinsell uses is outstanding. It is not simply easing the apnea it is correcting it.
I made a "same day" appointment with Dr. Prinsell to biopsy a small area of my tongue for cancer...to receive a same day appt. is almost unheard of. The procedure was done under local anesthesia; the results were negative! He has a wonderful staff and they make you feel comfortable & at ease. I have no problem recommending Dr. Prinsell for any of your dental/medical needs.
He had a great bedside manner, tried to tell jokes as I was going under the anesthesia, always followed up with a phone call in the evening to be sure that I was doing good, had two seperate visits to pull a tooth each visit, very organized, his office staff moved things along very smoothly, he is a very busy dr and works as the only dr in the office. The pain I must admit was minimal, I barely needed advil the next day. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
I'm 25 years old and I just got all my 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Prinsell. Overall, he is very good doctor and always open to answer any questions. His staff is exceptional and very courteous. His facilities are clean and updated. His services are a little on the expensive side, but its worth the cost. I would recommend Dr. Prinsell to other people.
I got four wisdom teeth out at this office, two of which were impacted, in 2005. Generally it was okay, though I got dry socket in one hole and also TMJ from having my jaw propped open for so long. Other patients were having wisdom teeth pulled at the same time so I felt like I was on a bit of an assembly line, and was probably under anesthesia with my mouth open for longer than necessary. The TMJ lasted for a full year, during which time I was unable to open my jaw nearly as far as before without it painfully popping on one... read more
