This guys a quack tried to tell my tongue was causing my breathing issues at night. Ended up going to another ENT and needing deviated septum surgery. Stay away this guys a joke. I filled a complaint with the state medical board.
Unprofessional the way they set up my appointment a month ahead of time at a certain time (11:45am). They call me the day before and told me they changed the time of my Nose surgery to be 2 hours earlier. I had no choice or say in the matter. They didn’t care at all. I set up rides and had everything set to go, but because of their lack of empathy and incompetence, I just have to figure it out…. From the moment I walked I felt welcome and cared about. Abbey Dr. Chain’s assistant was really sweet and made great eye contact with me when I was speaking to her. Dr. Chain was so thoughtful and spent a lot of time with me going over my CT and MRI. His exam was really detailed and not rushed at all. He was very kind and I could tell he wanted what is best for me. His confidence put me completely at ease. I now have an ENT that I trust and know I can rely on. Top knock!
