Excellent Doctor, up to date on the latest medical options, great diagnostician, caring and thorough.
Dr. Phillips is one of the best doctor's in Dallas. He is extremely smart. Has a pleasing personality and bedside manner. Very professional. Will take excellent care of his patients. I have been a patient since 1985. Would highly recommend him.
