Raw truth: 1 year lease at MAX. Apartments are infested with roaches in which the exterminator came monthly to repel but that didn’t resolve the problem. Sadly, there are Section 8 people as well leaving common areas like laundry rooms and trash room dirty from time to time. “Maintenance” does a sloppy job at repairs to which you’re better off making repairs yourself Security is a joke, good thing the apartments aren’t actually in Yonkers or else break ins would be happening on the daily. I lived in Jeffrey Park Apartments for 7 years, and if I weren’t relocating for work, I might have stayed here forever! I lived in 40 and the building is absolutely beautiful – the apartment is spacious and up-to-date, with huge closets. The neighbors are nice, and I enjoyed being friendly with nearly everyone on my floor. You can also opt for assigned parking, with indoor options, which is great because then you don’t have to shovel snow off of your car in the winter! Don’t rent here! Mice running rampant and management does nothing about it. Disgusting!! The health department should investigate this unhealthy environment.
