Very old. Needs a renovation.
I lived in Jeffrey Park Apartments for 7 years, and if I weren’t relocating for work, I might have stayed here forever! I lived in 40 and the building is absolutely beautiful – the apartment is spacious and up-to-date, with huge closets. The neighbors are nice, and I enjoyed being friendly with nearly everyone on my floor. You can also opt for assigned parking, with indoor options, which is great because then you don’t have to shovel snow off of your car in the winter! Don’t rent here! Mice running rampant and management does nothing about it. Disgusting!! The health department should investigate this unhealthy environment.
