Dr Ward and all of the staff at Tempe Dental Care are amazing! I used to be terrified of getting dental work done. From the moment I walk in the door to the end of my procedure I was comfortable and very well cared for. My teenage daughter recently had her wisdom teeth pulled and she said it was over before she even knew what happened! I highly recommend them! Especially if you're a big chicken like me!!
Really I give them minus 5 stars for being DECEITFUL !!! You would think FREE IS FREE !! Not with these guys !!! They take x rays at your Free consultation , BUT CHARGE YOU AND DON'T TELL YOU THAT UNTILL IT'S DONE !!! BAD BUSINESS !! Guess what there response was ... If we do it for you we would have to do it for everyone ! So that tells me they ripping EVERYONE OFF !!! That's a good way to run a business . NOT !!! I've been going here for a little over a year and, while the service is great, the only thing I've had issues with is them failing to verify my insurance prior to the appointment which leads to me having to pay out of pocket.
I had not visited a dentist in a very long time, so I was very nervous to go visit one. I was recommended this Clinic by a friend and spoke very highly of them. It sure did live to my expectations, Catie was my hygienist and she did an amazing job with my cleaning, will definitely come back for the other dental work I need. P.s Office is very fancy! and was little to no wait time.
I was referred here to a friend from past experience saying that it was very good and professional and very clean. With my first visit I was very impressed. My goal is to get braces and they told me the proper steps what I need to do to get braces. And on my second visit I did a deep cleaning and my hygenist was really professional and very friendly and she got me through it.
I would recommend them. Very gentle and professional.
