I had a colonoscopy done for rectal bleeding. I received my results via a mailed letter saying “unfortunately the polyp did not make it into the specimen jar” as the first sentence of the letter. How could this happen when the doctor specifically stated to me and my husband that he sent off biopsies of said polyp??? I had to pay $500 upfront for the procedure as insurance would not let it happen as I still had a deductible to meet but yet when the procedure was done, apparently it was not done accurately as they did not actu... read more

Dr LeFond is professional and kind. The office is very busy but the nurses were attentive. Could have used a blanket sooner so be sure to ask!
Dr Lafond and PA Josh are great! They arecaring and considerate, and honest, but in a nice way. The office return calls in a timely manner as well.
