This was my second hip replacement. I was afraid to get the second one done because I remembered how painful the first one was. However, I walked out of the hospital right after surgery, was on medication for two days mostly because I was afraid I would be in pain if I did not take the pills, but went off the meds and have been pain free ever since. My only regret is that I waited so long to have the procedure done.
Excellent from start to finish. Was on the clock with insurance and the calendar year, but he and the staff was able to accommodate situation. Surgery was a breeze, recovery easy, follow-ups excellent. Will plan on other knee when I can get it done.
He was very kind and clearly explained everything. He answered all our questions. And the surgery itself was very successful.
Dr Garrett and his team were amazing!! I had a Total Knee Replacement in Dec and they have exceeded expectations!! Pain has been minimal, recovery is way ahead of schedule and my operated knee feels better than my good knee. I was referred to Dr Garrett by another Dr who had his knee replaced by him. I promise, there is no other Dr you need to see. Great Dr, great man and great team!!
Dr. Garrett is the third orthopedic surgeon that I saw for my hip pain. After meeting with him the first time, I knew that he was the surgeon that I wanted to replace my hip. He was never in a hurry with me, his staff was very friendly, and my recovery from surgery has been wonderful.
Dr. Garrett LISTENED to me. So many doctors do not listen to what their patients are saying. He diagnosed my problem and told me the solution. I will forever be grateful to be able to walk straight again.
Very professional and very responsive staff. They are in constant contact with you before, during and after procedure. This was the best experience I've ever had with a doctor's practice. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett and his team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wish all doctor's offices operated this way.
Dr. Garrett and his staff are extremely professional. I felt as if we were a team and my hip operation went extremely well and the pain I once had is gone. Everything was explained to me and I felt very confident. I have recommended Dr. Garrett to others.
My entire experience, (total hip replacement) could not have been better.
