They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
