I became acquainted with Dr. Colnes when he inserted my pacemaker in 2021. Just recently placed three stents after having chest tightness. He answered all my questions before the procedure and explained exactly what the plan was. He frequently checked on me as I have other health issues making sure I was on the mend. I would recommend Dr. Colnes to anyone needing cardiac care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Colnes for almost 2 decades. He is the ONLY reason that I am on the earth. Him and I have had quite the roller coaster ride. I am probably one of his most challenging patients. He has blessed me with a normal life. He is straight to the point. I see comments of lateness on an appointment. Yes, he can be late for an appointment but it's because he's busy helping someone get the right treatment. I've found Dr. Colnes to be caring, compassionate and knowledgable. He's taken the time to explain my condition, treatment options, etc., has been very willing to answer questions, and has never rushed an appointment. Recommended...
He is the best heart doctor my husband went to him for years and we trusted him. Husband passed with cancer. Do miss not seeing Jeff.

Rude. Intense. No 'tableside manner'. Waited over 1 hr., first visit. Had someplace to be; did not wish to become late. I asked twice if he was on his way. He was in the next room, I could hear every word during his telephone conversation. He spent a good amount of time with me - when he finally arrived. His manner: forcefully intense. i was Very uncomfortable. Persuaded me to join him @ front desk area. He wrote in and then held up my file for staff to read. Unethical? What was that? Weird.
My experience has been nothing less than wonderful. Dr Colnes and his staff have showed compassion, professionalism as well as courtesy. I read one bad review and I have to wonder is the that patient is on the same planet as the rest of us. R. Waters Plaistow NH
