My experience with Dr Ng has been nothing but positive! He takes time with his patients and treats you as I think he would his own family. I've been a patient over 5 years. Highly recommended!
So down to earth and listened to me and actually conversed! Unlike any other Dr I've ever been to. Office staff are fantastic too! I really like him!
I don’t care Dr. was rude and I don’t care is his choice of words wasn’t appropriate for a professional. However, he said he could tell I wasn’t in pain. Apparently he makes snap judgments and sticks to it. God complex , I concur. I went to another doctor. He ran test and prescribed some medicine. I’m much better. This man should get help. He should ask himself why I feel this way about this person. I sure it people who are different from his normal. Not objective, rude, dangerous!
Ive been Dr Ng patient for over 5 years and My experience is that Dr Ng is very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive.
After making an appointment 3 months in advance on the advice of my retiring doc, I called a week ahead to confirm, only to discover that somehow my appointment had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. His scheduler April, is rude, arrogant, and condescending. He may be an OK doc, but the front office is a mess! Avoid.
This doctor was very rude a few months back and had no business telling me how to deal with my relationship. He should’ve just given me my results without judgment. It was also an hour wait to only see him for about 7 judgmental minutes. I also found it very unprofessional of him to not only judge my life, but to use profanity when speaking to a patient. Lastly, his office staff would never answer the phone during office hours. It was very difficult to get ahold of anyone there.
He's the best doctor ever and his staff are very friendly and efficient. The doctor explains everything in layman terms. No fooling around. He is very compassionate and caring. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
Dr. Ng always takes plenty of time and listens to you and never makes you feel rushed no matter how busy he is.
