The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls.
