My family member recently had a procedure and had some complications following. Numerous messages were left for Dr. Z and never returned. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We tried various ways to get la live person in the phone with no success. I find it disgraceful that no one thought a call back was necessary. There seems to be zero empathy or concern for the patients in his care. Prior to the procedure he was supposed to call in a rx. No rx was ever called.
