My family member recently had a procedure and had some complications following. Numerous messages were left for Dr. Z and never returned. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We tried various ways to get la live person in the phone with no success. I find it disgraceful that no one thought a call back was necessary. There seems to be zero empathy or concern for the patients in his care. Prior to the procedure he was supposed to call in a rx. No rx was ever called. Very thoughtful listening most doctors dont they just prescribe the best he his field and saved my life.
The physician demonstrates a disregard for patient welfare, favoring financial gain. He pushes for services without obtaining prior authorization or informed patient consent, leading to significant, unexpected charges from external labs. Regulatory action is needed to curb these harmful practices.
The absolute worst patient care. Improperly read an MRI from UCLA he already had his diagnosis. He was just there to get patient care a follow up procedure with a numbing agent lidocaine.
