Been going for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They are busy! However, it's worth the wait.
I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. I’m new to Henderson new to Nevada and I had a little bit of trouble finding Dr. Zapinskys office. I arrived 5 minutes late and was told at the counter that I was too late for my appointment and they were canceling it. We’re talking five minutes!! I waited two months for this appointment. Horrible customer service! BEWARE
We have been calling day after day and leaving messages. Need a prescription refill and change of appointment but ni one even answers the phone it goes directly to voice mail. What is going on with this office?
Dr. Zapinsky is awesome. It is too bad the Office staff is over worked and do not provide customer service. I recommed Dr. Zap but you will not get safe, heallthy care from the staff.
