The staff was compassionate & understanding of my acute need to be seen asap. Upon arrival they instilled in me a sense of trust. Dr. Joseph was also very compassionate and knowledgeable of my condition... Explanations and treatment were more than sufficient to totally trust his expertise and judgement .. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a very intelligent, competent ophthalmologist.
Dr. Josef is great. I went for over a year to another retina specialist for macular edema. It seemed like I would be there forever, so I decided to switch. I'm so happy I did. Dr. Josef explains everything that he's doing and why. I was waiting 2 to 3 hours at the other place. I've had 2 shots here and was there about an hour all together, including a lot of tests they needed to do. The staff is also great. I think there are only 2 retina specialists in Rockland. If you have a choice, come here.
