Very professional caring Doctor
I came here based on a strong recommendation and have heard wonderful things about the doctor’s expertise. Unfortunately, the initial experience with the receptionist over the phone was very disappointing. She was impatient, condescending, and generally unhelpful throughout the process of trying to book an appointment. While I’m sure the clinical care is excellent, the front-office staff would benefit significantly from retraining in patience and empathy. First impressions matter, and this one fell short.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jeffery Hick in Manhattan Beach since late 2018, and he has been my trusted dermatologist for about 7 years. He recently took preventive measures to remove two moles that were possibly pre-cancerous, and I truly appreciate his thoroughness and care. Dr. Hick is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist.
From the moment I met Dr. Hicks he was amazing. It was a large procedure to me. The night after I had substantial bleeding. Dr. Hicks called me personally at home more than once. Thank u for taking such good care of me Dr. HICKS!
