Brought my daughter in for her annual checkup. They took her back for less than 5 minutes to check her eye health, and then confirmed her prescription had not changed. The entire visit was less than 10 minutes. When I went to pay the bill, they charged me $700 for the visit, none of it billable to insurance. At those prices, they certainly should be checking with the patient beforehand. Completely ridiculous! We will not be going back.
The front desk lady (Maria) is very confused and rude. I made app for my husband and she confirmed that they take his insurance. After the visit my husband was charged for $362.. my husband was told that they will check with insurance again and call back. Never happened. I don’t recommend this office. I wish I could give zero.
Friendly and skilled professionals. Definitely a more thorough and claberative exam than I've gotten at any of the chain stores I used in the past.
I made an appointment back in April or May. They didn't have anything until June. A few days before that June appointment, I called to confirm. They said they didn't see any appointment in their computer and that I'd have to make a new one. Next available was in August. I just went down there and waited outside in the sun to be seen. Once again, they said they had no appointment in their computer for me. Infuriating! They sent me away without being seen and with a third appointment. I asked for it in writing this time.
Dr. Fanelli is the most experienced optometrist I have ever had. He has been in practice for over 30 years! We will be returning for many years to come. Dr. Fanelli and the staff made our experience seamless and enjoyable by their friendly demeanor, expertly tailored communication, and listening skills.
