Dr Blake was awesome but is no longer working in practice. I had to find someone else. Dr. Jessica Martin with community north hospital has helped with my pelvic floor dysfunction & also uses Aziz compounding pharmacy. She has helped me with my hormones too. As far as I know, Dr Blake still is not practicing anywhere.
Please let us know where your new office is when you find one. You have been one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I would love to continue to go to you wherever you end up!
He is an excellent Doctor who always listens and and answered all my questions. He took the place of 4 Doctors. Hormone replacement, urologist, thyroid , gynecologists. Now I will have to go to a Indianapolis and see Doctors one different days and spend more gas when the price of gas is so high!!! When Dr Blake is the most knowledgeable in his field. Why did you let him go??
For all of the patients who think Dr. Blake "left", he was wrongfully let go by St. Vincent Ascension! He was one of the best doctors I've ever had and fixed several problems for me. I was sick to learn of the news. I am going to try to find out if he is practicing anywhere else and hope for the best! I drive one hour and a half to go to him so sad to hear he left and hopefully will find him I want to continue to go to him! He’s a caring wonderful guy! I had surgery last year for a mass in my stomach and he kept telling he was sure it wasn’t cancerous and he was right! I had surgery and was back on the mend! Please want to know if he’s practicing somewhere else
I have been with Dr Blake since 2010. He has walked me through many health issues. His patients are his number one concern.. He has dignosed many of my symptoms and was able to get me back to feeling my self. I feel that I am very healthy as a 72 year old. A lot of that credit go to him. My primary once made the observation and said, "Dr. Blake seems to be taking good care of you." I was heart sick when I received the news. You are in my thoughts and my prayer. God Bless.

He truly changed my life with treatment for my various gynecological conditions. He advocated for proper treatment before and after my extensive surgery. I’m beyond thankful for him and so disappointed to know he left the practice in Anderson. I hope to find out he’s still practicing and would travel even more than I already am to continue as a patient.
I have been a patient of Dr Blake for 30+ years and trust him with my life!!! He delivered both of my girls via C-Section. I was scared to death about the C-Section but he sat down and explained every step to me. I later had to go back for surgery for endometriosis and he explained every step. I ended up with having to have a hysterectomy and it was a piece of cake. After all that, I had thyroid issues and Dr Blake was able to catch the issue and get it under control. I've been going to him for over 10 years, he's seen me from a young adult to create a family of my own...he made our 1st ultra sound so very special! A absolute treasure of a Doctor!!
